There is a professional 24-hour cancellation policy in place to ensure that our stylists' time is respected and valued. We kindly request that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. In the event that a cancellation is made within this time frame, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. A No-Show will result in a 100% charge of service. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list and helps us maintain the highest level of service for all of our valued customers.
